Colchis Capital leads $60 million fundraising round for PeerStreet

PeerStreet, a Los Angeles-based platform for real estate-backed loans, raised $60 million in a Series C round with Colchis Capital leading the round dominated by institutional investors.

Colchis Capital, launched in 2005 by father and son team Robert and Ted Conrads, is a San Francisco-based firm that focuses strictly on investment themes catalyzed by market dislocations within private credit, real estate, venture capital and securitized assets.
