Harvest Partners announced its acquisition of Florida-based Yellowstone Landscape from CIVC Partners LP, for an undisclosed sum.
The nation’s second largest commercial landscaping company in the U.S., Yellowstone will continue to be led by Tim Portland, who said that Harvest will help accelerate the company’s growth.
“We are thrilled to partner with Tim and the entire Yellowstone team,” said Michael DeFlorio, president of Harvest. “They have built an excellent company and we look forward to providing additional financial and strategic resources to help them further build their market leadership.”
