Private debt giant Alcentra has promoted three of its senior executives as it prepares for continued growth of its $40 billion firm.
Daniel Fabian is now president and chief operating officer after 12 years at the London-based shop, having spent the last four years as chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Graham Rainbow and Leland Hart were also promoted to the role of co-chief investment officers.
Following this reorganisation, Vijay Rajguru is leaving the firm to pursue other opportunities. Rajguru joined Alcentra as Global CIO in 2017 after a decade as partner . . .
