Rakesh (Rick) Jain has been appointed as partner and global head of private debt at Pantheon this week.
The $47 billion firm formed a dedicated practice to private debt last year to support its demand-led expansion into the investment area but has been active in the space since 1997 and now has $1.5 billion committed to secondaries and primaries.
