Private equity firm Leonard Green & Partners has closed two funds this week that were both over-subscribed and closed with a combined $14.75 billion.
The Los Angeles firm’s eighth flagship private equity investment fund, Green Equity Investors VIII closed on $12 billion in capital this week. And the firm’s inaugural dedicated middle market fund, Jade Equity Investors, closed at $2.75 billion.
