Leighton Zema has joined commercial real estate lending manager Terra Capital as head of business development and investor relations after spending the better part of the last decade working in the hedge fund industry.
Most recently, Zema was at fixed-income hedge fund firm KLS Diversified Asset Management where he also held a business development role of senior client manager. He has also worked with hedge fund offerings at Sound Point Capital and Lyxor Asset Management.
