The third time's the charm for Vistria Group, as the Chicago private equity firm just closed its third fund at $1.11 billion.
The firm’s Vistria Fund III was oversubscribed this month and surpassed its $800 million target. Also included in the capital raising was a $100 million commitment from the firm’s principals and operating partners.
