Hedge fund firm Serengeti Asset Management provided $550 million in financing to Secfi, a pre-wealth management platform that helps startup employees navigate financial decisions from offer to IPO.
The funds will help Secfi expand its options financing product and help the business grow to help executives, employees and shareholders preserve and diversify their wealth.
