Private equity firm AnaCap Financial Partners has invested an undisclosed amount in a newly built Paris office building.
The office space market in Paris is enjoying a period of sustained growth and high demand, with vacancy at only 1.8%, according to a media release. The transaction is structured as an acquisition through an off-plan forward contract (VEFA) of a 16,300 square meter space in Bobigny, an area on the outskirts of Paris.
