Jennifer Mannino recently joined Berkeley Research Group (BRG) as a managing director in the firm’s transaction advisory practice.
In this new role, she specializes in intelligence gathering and investigative strategy, overseeing integrity due diligence checks for alternative investment transactions. Mannino focuses on identifying reputational risks, conflicts of interest, and unethical business practices affecting new investments and add-on acquisitions.
Prior to joining, BRG she built in-house business units and external consultancy teams to support due diligence checks for private equity, pensions funds and real estate investment trusts, third-party vendors, fraud investigations and compliance checks across multiple business sectors. Most recently, she worked at Grant Thornton.
Mannino serves on the steering committee for the 2020 Women on Boards Initiative in Phoenix. She has also served as a board member of Arizona’s Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and BioAccel, an incubator focused on development and commercialization of biomedical products and medical device technology.
