The $16.4 billion Ohio Police & Fire Retirement System in Columbus is preparing for new investment commitments totally as much as $462 million in 2020 and has already approved an initial $20 million allocation to MBK Partners.
The system’s investment committee approved recommendations from staff and investment consultant Wilshire Associates for the 2020 Private Markets Investment Plan that calls for between $92 million and $142 million in new commitments during the year.
Currently the private markets portfolio totals $1.36 billion.
