KKR expanded its global impact team with the appointment of Chee-Wei Wong as head of global impact for Asia.
He brings experience in sustainability-related investment experience in Asia and globally, which officials say will be essential as KKR continues to build up its impact business across Asia.
Prior to joining KKR, Wong was a managing director at Tailwind Capital in New York and spent nine years at EQT in New York and Singapore, where he was an investor and board member of sustainability-focused technology enterprises and healthcare companies.
