Chicago-based Brennan Investment Group, a private real estate investment firm that acquires, develops and operates industrial facilities, announced this week the promotion of Luke McCarthy to senior associate.
McCarthy is focused on the acquisition of industrial assets in Milwaukee and Minneapolis as well as being responsible for financial and market analysis within the region and to underwriting and due diligence. He reports directly to Managing Principal Kevin Brennan.
