With a 37-year history as a global private equity investor, the Washington State Investment Board recently issued an RFP for private equity consulting services for a five-year contract that would run through the end of 2026.
Responses are due on May 29 and the bid will likely include the $147 billion system’s current private equity consultant Hamilton Lane. A final decision is slated for September.
Hamilton Lane currently oversees the approximately $24 billion investment program that with unfunded commitments exceeds $42.6 billion across roughly 240 separate active funds under management.
