Private equity firm Insight Partners led the Series B funding round from existing investors totaling $40 million for Semperis, a firm that pioneered identity-driven cyberresilience for enterprises.
The new investment follows Semperis completing its sixth consecutive profitable quarter, bringing total funding to $54 million. The firm plans on expanding its global presence and accelerating hiring across all functional areas.
Managing Director at Insight Partners Teddie Wardi and Charlie Federmen, partner at SilverTech Ventures, will be joining Semperis’ board of directors.
