Cathay Capital Private Equity closed its Midcap II fund with $850 million as part of its ongoing commitment to support the international expansion of middle-market companies.
The new fund is the $3.8 billion firm’s largest to date and follows on the $325 million raised for Midcap I fund, which closed in 2014.
