Carlyle hires for Japan corporate carve outs

Reiji Terasaka has joined The Carlyle Group as a managing director of the Carlyle Japan advisory team in Tokyo.
This is a return to the firm, as he worked at Carlyle from 2003 to 2013 as a director at Carlyle Japan. Most recently, Terasaka was senior vice president of business management and M&A at Marelli Corporation (formerly Calsonic Kansei Corporation).
