Coller Capital announced its leading position in a GP-backed secondary transaction for the remaining assets of Permira IV, comprised of four software and technology companies.
The $829 million deal will transfer the assets into a new investment vehicle and includes a direct co-investment in Genesys, a cloud-based customer experience and contact center solutions, that is also the largest of the fund’s holdings.
