Wynnchurch Capital hired Michael Salgat and Jerry Gao to its expanding team, as the $4.2 billion firm continues to hunt for investment opportunities for its $2.27 billion Fund V.
Salgat joins the Rosemont, Ill.-based firm as managing director with a focus on operations and portfolio management. Previously he was an operating partner with New State Capital Partners, focused on financial leadership at portfolio companies.
