Sudrania Fund Services added Amit Arora, Skyler Steinke and Ravi Kant Modi to boost the Chicago-based firm’s senior leadership team in the areas of client success, business development and operations.
Arora, who was named vice president of client success, brings with him over 18 years of experience in fund administration servicing hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, fund of funds, cryptocurrency funds and distressed debt, among other asset classes. He served most recently as senior manager at NAV Fund Administration Group.
Steinke, who was appointed senior vice president of business development, served most recently in the role of business development director at Ultimus Fund Solutions. Steinke has over two decades of experience in financial management, servicing mutual funds, cryptocurrency funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds and venture capital funds.
Modi was named vice president of operations. He is a chartered accountant with more than 14 years of experience in fund administration, servicing hedge funds, private equity funds and multi-advisor funds.

The new hires bring Sudrania’s global headcount to over 200 individuals and will help the firm meet the ever-evolving operational needs of investment managers, allowing them to stay “focused on generating alpha while providing the reporting and transparency required,” according to Sudrania Co-founder Manish Agrawal.
