Ocean Avenue Capital Partners raised $350 million for Ocean Avenue Fund IV LP, hitting its hard cap and outpacing its $300 million target.
The $1.3 billion California-based firm invests in lower middle market buyouts and special situation/distressed investments in North America.
In this latest fund, Ocean Avenue Capital expects to have transactions that include change of control investments in founder owned businesses in transition, investments in underperforming businesses/turnarounds, carve-outs of none-core divisions of companies, restructurings and thematic platform builds.
