Andros Capital Partners announced the closing of its inaugural investment fund energy sector-focused Andros Energy Capital LP at its $250 million hard cap.
The strategy is targeting private equity investments, credit opportunities and direct asset-level investments across the energy sector. The focus is primarily on middle-market transactions requiring $25 million and $200 million of equity with the flexibility to make larger commitments through co-investments from limited partners.
