Peninsula Investments Group announced the final close of its Latin American opportunistic real estate fund, Peninsula LatAm IV, that attracted $150 million.
The firm’s clientele includes institutions, endowments, and family offices, in addition to the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), previously known as Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), as a strategic lending partner with an equity-debt type product.
