Fintech provider Eze Castle Integration has acquired Alphaserve Technologies, a provider of managed infrastructure and digital IT services to the financial services industry.
Alphaserve is known for guiding clients through digital transformations and the company expands Eze Castle’s product offering and boosts its ability to serve clients with its end-to-end technology services, officials said.
The deal’s completion was announced by $40 billion alternative investment firm H.I.G. Capital, which has Eze Castle as one of its portfolio companies.
