Toorak Capital Partners hired Carole Mortensen and Ketan Parekh as managing directors as the firm seeks to expand further into the institutional arena.
Backed by KKR, Toorak was the first to link small-balance commercial and residential originators with institutional capital and has focused on the single-family residential bridge and 30-year single family rental ending space.
