Arbor Investments has closed on its fifth private equity fund and second captive subordinated debt fund with a distinctive focus within the food and beverage industry.
Arbor Investments Fund V raised $1.5 billion, while the Arbor Debt Opportunities Fund II attracted $168 million of outside commitments that brings the firm’s total AUM to $2.9 billion.
