Ardian Infrastructure announced this week that Michael Obhof joined the firm at the beginning of the month as managing director for the firm’s New York office after seven years in Goldman Sachs’ Infrastructure Investment Group.
According to Ardian, Obhof brings with him extensive experience sourcing and overseeing assets across the transport, energy and telecom sectors. In addition to identifying new investing opportunities, he will also manage assets in the Ardian Americas Infrastructure Fund IV portfolio.
In the newly created position, he will report to Mathias Burghardt, head of Ardian Infrastructure in Paris.
