U.S. small buyout firm BPEA closes fourth fund

Boston-based private equity firm BPEA announced that it had raised $218 million in commitments for its final close of BPEA V.

The aim is to invest in U.S. small buyout and growth equity opportunities across four industries: business services and software; healthcare; consumer and retail; and industrial. BPEA V invests in funds and in companies alongside both funded and independent sponsors to help drive growth, operational improvements and long-term capital appreciation.
