The C$205 billion ($161 billion) Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board appointed Nick Jansa as senior managing director of Europe, Middle East and Africa.
He had been at Deutsche Bank for 24 years, most recently as managing director, co-head of Corporate Finance EMEA and global co-head of Leveraged Debt Capital Markets.
As a member of the investment executive team for Ontario Teachers, he will lead the investment activities and portfolio management in EMEA at the pension system’s London office. Jansa will report directly to Chief Investment Officer Ziad Hindo.
