Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s Alternative Investment Partners recently named Nash Waterman as head of private equity secondaries, a new role within a business that is housed within the private markets team.
Previously, Nash was a portfolio manager and co-head of the secondaries group. The other co-head within secondaries was John Wolak, who reportedly is gradually stepping down from his managerial duties in advance of a transition of leadership within the firm.
Replacing Wolak is Neha Champaneria Markle, who is understood to be taking over as head of private market solutions in January . . .
