Private markets consulting firm Cliffwater has opened an office in Chicago with the hire of Alexander Condrell from alternative investment firm Monroe Capital.
Founded in 2004, Cliffwater provides research and investment due diligence services for the full range of alternative investments and is well-known for its work within the public pension fund community.
Condrell joined this month as managing director, and although his area of expertise is private credit, he will be focused on all of Cliffwater’s service offerings. Previously, he was managing director of investor relations at Monroe Capital.
