Alternative investment platform Vinci Partners announced the launch of its initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, with an eye to raising more than $220 million.
In connection with the offering of almost 14 million Class A common shares, underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2 million shares at the initial IPO price that is estimated to range between $16 and $18 per share.
