Guggenheim inks $600m industrial e-commerce assets deal

Guggenheim Investments has partnered with real estate private equity manager ElmTree Funds to invest in U.S. industrial e-commerce assets via a $600 million equity commitment.

ElmTree will invest in industrial real estate assets tied to e-commerce, last-mile and logistics sectors, as part of the transaction. The St. Louis-based firm specializes in acquiring build-to-suit properties net leased to investment grade tenants.
