New firm WhiteHawk to offer asset-based financing strategy

B. Riley Financial alums have launched WhiteHawk Capital Partners with a focus on providing asset-based financing solutions to primarily middle market companies in need of liquidity and growth capital.

WhiteHawk’s principals are John Ahn, Robert Louzan and Harry Chung, each formerly of Great American Capital Partners, (GACP), private equity firm based in Los Angeles, and a division of B. Riley Financial.
