Quantumrock hires former Merck Fink CIO for client relations

Munich-based hedge fund firm Quantumrock announced Thomas Kemming is joining the company as head of institutional client relations.

Kemming had been at Merk Fink for over a decade, where he worked in senior leadership positions including as chief investment officer and later as head of professional clients. Prior to that, he spent seven years in derivatives sales and trading at HypoVereinsbank, and more recently he set up and established a private family office.

This is a newly created role at $50 million firm Quantumrock, which has seen its flagship strategy Volatility Special Opportunities gain . . .
