Singapore-based Aravali Asset Management officially launched its initial fund on March 1, following a spin out from Ariana Investment Management.
The Global Arbitrage Fund, which launched with just under $100 million, is a market neutral strategy that the Aravali team led by Chief Investment Officer Mukesh Dave managed previously that incorporates a range of arbitrage strategies.
