One Rock Capital Partners just wound up its largest fund raise to date with the $2 billion in capital commitments for One Rock Capital Partners III.
The firm has attracted an institutional investor base that consists of government and corporate pension plans, insurance companies, health organizations, endowments and foundations and high-net-worth families. Following the closing of its third fund, One Rock has raised roughly $5 billion of cumulative capital since its founding in 2010 by Tony Lee and R. Scott Spielvogel.
