California-based Pathway Capital Management raised $1 billion from an undisclosed U.S.-based institutional investor for its Pathway Co-investment Partners Fund V (PCPF V).
The custom co-investment fund will identify and invest in co-investment opportunities globally alongside high-quality private equity managers in a variety of private equity strategies handled by the $70 billion firm.
PCPFV builds on Pathway’s three-decades long track record of investing in private markets, which includes more than $4 billion invested in private equity co-investments.
