Matt Zames is stepping down as the president of Cerberus and as the chairman of Cerberus Technology Solutions three years after joining the firm.
A time frame for his departure and his replacement in the interim were not include in the firm’s announcement. Zames was known for his investments in financial service and technology industries and, among other responsibilities, overseeing the build-out of Cerberus' proprietary technology, data and AI capabilities. He also was known for identifying and capitalizing on new investment strategies.
