MSD Partners has invested in Woolpert, a geospatial, architecture, engineering and services firm, in partnership with the management of the company.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but Woolpert President and CEO Scott Cattran will continue to lead the Dayton, Ohio-based company upon the completion of the deal. The firm is focused on expanding its strategy to become a billion-dollar revenue company. Woolpert is a global provider of geospatial, architectural, engineering, and strategic consulting services to a wide variety of public, private, and government clients.
