The $22 billion State Universities Retirement System of Illinois made three new alternative investment commitments in March and April, totaling $130 million, according to public documents.
A $30 million commitment was made to the Newport Capital Fund III, a closed-end, non-core real estate fund managed by Newport Capital Partners.
