Infrastructure-focused Warren Equity collects almost $700m

Warren Equity Partners held the final close for its third fund at $673 million, exceeding its initial target in less than two months of fundraising for Warren Equity Partners Fund III and Warren Equity Partners Fund III-A.

Steven Wacaster, Scott Bruckmann and Henrik Dahlback founded the firm in 2015 with the focus on buyouts and recapitalizations in established North American companies with a focus on businesses that maintain, operate and upgrade infrastructure.
