Denver-based Dry Creek Capital Partners has launched with a focus on investing in debt obligations of distressed commercial real estate and small business debt.
Steve Emerson, formerly of Excelsior Capital Partners, announced the formation of the new firm and joining him are Mark Ziegler, Nate Cann and Andrew Young, who have worked together for over a decade at predecessor firms within the distressed loan arena.
Emerson said that the firm is built on the team’s “shared experience in finding creative capital solutions in complex situations for both financial institutions and distressed borrowers.”
