Climate change and healthcare are two themes set to drive private equity portfolio implementation in the coming years, according to Coller Capital’s latest Global Private Equity Barometer.
Specifically, half of limited partners believe a strong ESG policy boosts private equity returns, officials reported following their Barometer survey of 111 private equity investors from around the world in February and March.
The finding should be a "wake-up call" to anyone who still thinks ESG is a nice thing to have or simply a public relations tool, said Jeremy Coller, chief investment officer of Coller . . .
