GI Partners closes latest fund at $3.9bn

San Francisco-based GI Partners collected $3.9 billion in commitments for its first fund close since 2017.
GI Partners Fund VI surpassed its initial investment target and exceeded prior Fund V, which attracted $2.8 billion. Park Hill Group served as the firm’s placement agent.
