Chicago-based asset manager Mesirow announced a $750 million fund raise for its latest multi-family housing sector offering, reaching its hard cap.
The Mesirow Financial Real Estate Value Fund IV is the latest in the firm’s series of multi-family value-add investment funds. The fund invests across the top 25-30 markets within the U.S.
