KKR raises $2.2bn in second European real estate fund

KKR closed its second real estate fund at $2.2 billion dedicated to investing in value-add and opportunistic real estate investments in Western Europe.

KKR Real Estate Partners Europe II (REPE II) is a successor fund to KKR’s initial European real estate offering that closed in June 2016 at $739 million in capital commitments. Through June 30, 2021, REPE II already put $700 million to work across logistics and residential investment opportunities.
