ArcLight Capital Partners closed its first continuation fund, the ArcLight Renewable Infrastructure Fund SM SPV earlier this month.
The fund also acquired a 25% interest in the 192MW Sidney Murray Hydroelectric Project from ArcLight Energy Partners Fund V, which originally purchased the stake in Sidney Murray in 2011. The balance of Sidney Murray is owned by affiliates of Brookfield.
Late last year, Metlife provided financing to Brookfield Renewable Partners for the Louisiana hydroelectric facility.
