PGIM has inked a deal to acquire Montana Capital Partners (MCP), a $3 billion Europe-based private equity secondaries asset manager.
The $1.5 trillion global investment management business of Prudential Financial, PGIM, plans to keep MCP Co-Founders Dr. Christian Diller and Dr. Marco Wulff at the helm serving as co-chief executive officers. The pair will join upon closing, expected in the third quarter, PGIM’s multi-manager structure under the oversight of Eric Adler, president and CEO of PGIM Real Estate.
