Quoting the Talking Heads classic “Once in a Lifetime,” KKR’s Henry McVey is outlining why the macroeconomic trends in the second half of 2021 are not the “same as it ever was.”
“While we are optimistic about the future, we believe the ‘once in a lifetime’ even that defined 2020 indicates it is not the time to adopt a ‘same as it ever was’ mentality,” said McVey, CIO of KKR’s Balance Sheet and head of Global Macro and Asset Allocation.
